createBlog.com first started as Xangans.com by Ju-Sun Lee on December 25, 2003. It was one of the first Xanga community websites on the Internet, providing skins, scripts, tutorials, and support. Xangans.com was largely responsible for the "Xanga revolution" of diverging from the traditional Xanga "look". Xangans.com was later renamed to createBlog.com on February 2004 when it expanded to support Blogger, Livejournal, Myspace and other tools.

A young male, well versed in the use of weights and dietary supplements. The createen's wardrobe consists mainly of cut-off, sleveless t-shirts, gym shorts and several factory worn baseball caps from American Eagle. A createen's muscle mass is almost always inversely proportional to his IQ and/or self esteem (their low self esteem can usually be linked to childhood insecurities ie. being seen nude in a shower and laughed at, or finding special feelings in a gym locker room)

A term used by businesses in an effort to motivate their employees. The term refers to making the business appear more valuable to potential customers than it really is. Traditional techniques include making lobbies look prettier and more modern, up-selling services, and telling customers what they need (to benefit the business).

Usually relegated to managerspeak (that elusive tongue used by the higher-ups in a company).

Synonyms: Tactical lying, business strategy, corporate plan

Big Boss: "We need to create value for our company."
Manager 1: "We are really creating value for our business by putting these flowers and pictures all over the lobby."
Manager 2: "We certainly are, but I think we need to create more value by installing a chocolate fountain in the boardroom."

When someone has really creative ideas and they won't let their friends alone about it and they go on and on and it becomes an infection that becomes infectious and nobody wants to be around them because they are noxious and obnoxious
