someone who is extremely powerful, there shape body wise is massive, huge muscle fat. you must have seen this form on Worlds strongest men, Bearmode is not super cut or skinny.

Bearmode is around 6-6'9 feet tall, wide, huge arms and legs almost looks like a real juggernaut or hulk.

Blame-Farming

The task of assigning responsibility for resolving a problem which the assigner doesn't understand and has no idea how to resolve, with the intention of blaming an unsuspecting assignee or "blame hound" when the problem isn't resolved. Commonly found in corporate environments and governments.

That new manager is a real blame-farmer.
He must have majored in Blame-Farming!
