“Spag”, SpAg, or “spaggot” is a technical term referring to a Special Agent of the FBI, especially those who qualified for their position through Special Education or participation in the Special Olympics. Multiple agents are knows as spags and their activities as spaggotry. The adjective “spaggy” describes anything stereotypical of a spaggot.
