A person who doesn't do their work and focuses on other bullshit that make them have an unsuccessful life.

Person A: Why aren't you working?
Person B: I don't wanna work, I just wanna play My Talking Tom.
Person A: You're fired, hoe. I don't accept slackers in this business.

urban slacker

Similar to an office slacker, this individual specifically wastes work time by perusing the Urban Dictionary to:

a) work on a personal hip replacement
b) trying to learn how to understand his kids
c) frantically trying to create a new urban word so he can submit and publish a definition.

More often then not, this individual is primarily working on letter “c”.

“John used to be such an office slackie, but lately he’s not been bothering me, not even as a door bore.”

“That’s because I told him about UrbanDictionary.com, and now he’s an Urban Slacker. He so wants that hip replacement!”

A person who is of the same caliber as a mechanic shop intern who sits on his/her ass all day. Someone who is completely devoid of all motivation to do anything.

C: Ellen is such a shop-slacker who never does any work.
