Originally directed towards crate-trained dogs, this expression is used to convey utter disapproval towards friends and colleagues.

kennedy killer

Also known as a PA-32 Piper Saratoga aircraft, known as such in reference to the aircraft John F. Kennedy Jr. fatally crashed. Also a reference to any aircraft flown that is within the pilot’s financial capability to own, but that its complexity is beyond the pilot’s skill and experience level to safely fly.

Immediately after that lawyer got his pilot’s license, he went right out and bought a Kennedy Killer.

Kenneth is a guy who you will always find putting others before himself. Though Kenneth isn't always happy. Kenneth is breaking without anyone noticing. Kenneth is losing his grip on life. His "friends" all leave either because he is too caring or too nice. He always feels like he is second best, that people say they will be there for him, but turn their backs. His smile is just his way of hiding his pain from those he cares about. Kenneth may seem like he's okay...but he isn't.
