(Verb)
Process in which a man is standing in line (or walking, breathing, etc.) and a hot/fine woman passes by the man's penis and is instantly erected which causes an appearance of a kicking hoof in his trousers.

Harry and Ronald were sitting on a bench, while out of no where, Hermione walked by and accidentally drops her wand in front of them revealing her loose lips, which gave Ronald a "Kicking Hoof".
