We’re in a world of infinite interruption and infinite minutia. Practice ‘selective ignorance’—you don’t need to know and follow everything.

ignorer's remorse

when you ignore a friend request on facebook & then you feel bad about it, because maybe, just maybe, you knew the person, but somewhere along the line, they changed their name or hair color and you just can't put two and two together.

i just clicked ignore on 10 friend requests on facebook, and now i have ignorer's remorse. sigh.

Ignoramus Syndrome

Noun
- Someone who is incredibly ignorant or stupid beyond any standard of reason.
- Someone who holds relatively extreme forms of ignorant beliefs.
- Someone who is impressionable or inclined to gravitate towards extreme or otherwise ridiculously ignorant beliefs/ideologies.

Cult members or adheres to radical political beliefs likely suffer from Ignoramus Syndrome.

Ignorant butthurt fan

When a devoted fan can't digest the fact that his hero's ass was beaten by some other hero/villain, and start giving lame, stupid and illogical arguments like

-"batman used kryptonite, so its not a win its cheating"
-"no one can defeat superman, its writers fault"
-"superman is the most powerful being on the universes, no one can beat him, instead he will destroy the universe "
-"batman wins because he's batman"

Is an "ignorant butthurt fan" and can't be argued, its better to ignore them.
