Used when you've either been invited somewhere and can't attend for one reason or another. Or, when you haven't been invited somewhere and everyone else is going.

Kate: "Have you been invited to the hottest party of the year next week that everyone is going to?"

me: "What invite? No, I'm not. Is everyone going to be there? I've got serious FOMO"

Fomper

A person who imitates competition dancers. These people wear booty shorts, bedazzled bra tops and say "Work". They don't cheer on their friends when they have their solo, but cheer for other people. It is not always a good thing to be called a fomper, but sometimes it is. They don't actually dance in real competition dance, but they dream about it.

Did you see Gabby's bedazzled bra top?

Yes, she is such a fomper.
