(Noun) One who emits the qualities of a douchebag, jerk and asshole all at once. Usually applied to someone with an apathetic, aloof or insensitive attitude.

(Adjective) Insensitive, rude.

Douche of Italian origin, generally traveling in packs, telltale signs include shiny shirts, unabrows, excessive Pellegrino consumption, and still thinks the Fonz is the coolest impression. Yelling incoherent strings of Italian words learned from Sopranos or Godfellas are common.

The Doucherelli had bladder pains from too much Pellegrino and screamed "ah morone fugazi!"

Like a dingleberry is a turd that sticks to someone/somethings ass. A doucheberry is an ex partner who just won't go away, usually refering to a male ex(female ex's who exhibit this tendency are known as dinglebitches).

This girl I'm seeing keeps telling me her ex husband stakes out her house to see who she's dating, what a doucheberry he is.
