Pharmaceuticals that cause people to be bitchy, arrogant, snobbish, stuck-up and just plain rude. This may be either an intended effect of a medication or a side effect.

What the hell is the problem with that blonde? Is this how she usually behaves or is she on some kind of barbitchuate? Her doctor needs to stop prescribing those to her. She's intolerable to be around.

Shirker Bandit

Traditionally when some not only gets out work but then lays it on you - a good old flim-flam man. It now extends to any masterof the jiggery pokery, who shirks work and then does a runner leaving you to pick up the pieces.

They are sharp tools.

Kelly is such a time bandit... She always goes into these boring monologes about boring crap when i have much better things to do like clean my toilet.
