A person, who, unbeknownst of his own arrogance believes his shit doesn't stink. It's because of this that this individual has no problem wearing their ass as a hat. The result being an individual who subjects everyone around them to their shit.

"Did you hear about that kid who said pot ruins lives?"

"Yeah, actually, I saw him on the news. He's being tried for manslaughter because he was driving drunk."

"He has the balls to say that and ruin his own life?"
