rock climbing

Of all so-called "extreme sports" (activities that about 1/2 the time are undertaken, or claimed to have been undertaken, by otherwise boring people in a desperate attempt to become interesting), this is probably the trendiest way to give yourself the affectation of ruggedness, danger, physical fitness, etc. Note that most people who express an interest in rock-climbing or purchase incidental gear such as carabiners, have never climbed and never will.

Very common in Eastern Asia.

Soon-Kwok Woo and Aika Sekihotai set the world record for "Rock Tumbling" down 65 flights of stairs without stoping. All that was left of them inside the bag was a gooey, oriental mush.

Rock Monkey 

A person hu likes lots of different types of rock music and wears lots of different styles of clothes and therefore is not a goth, skater, emo, punk or any other stereotype. They kind of swing between styles (like a monkey). Hence the name.
