A 32/16-bit OS created by Microsoft in 2000.It was the final version of Windows to be based on what was then the 20 year old DOS operating system.ME had better multimedia support then it's sibling,Windows 2000,but had horrible driver support.ME also was also fairly unstable.In fact,it's well-known instability inspired a Japanese internet meme:ME-Tan.

Windows ME was mostly BSOD after BSOD,but at least it played my video files.

Wisconsin One Way Window

The simple act of shitting into a lovers mouth, then quickly but lovingly wrapping his/her face in saran wrap. Thus allowing them to see the light of being able to spit it out but not being able to much like a one way window.

I gave Heather a "Wisconsin One Way Window" she was down with it until she finally spit it out and got pieces of corn stuck in her teeth, that she felt was over the line.

Windy City Carl

Another variation of the Cincinnati bowtie, where the giver flatulates in the victim's face. Only this time, the flatulation becomes a shart, and the victim receives a ferocious spray to the face, similar to a Hot Carl. However, no seran wrap is involved. If the shart comes out as hot brown lumps dribbling on the neck, the carl becomes a Windy City Steamer.

"My girl is giving me hell. I think I'm gonna give that bitch the Windy City Carl."
