People with simple names, such as "Toby"; are quite often referred to as NPC(s).

P1: "Hey you seen that Toby guy?"
P2: "Yeah, what about him?"
P1: "He's such a fucking NPC."

Important to note, not all pop is NPC music, but the majority of NPC music is pop.

Person 1: “brooo, brody and his friends are such NPCs!”
Person 2: “you literally call everyone you dont know an NPC and you’ve literally never made an attempt to socialise with anyone, so what do you know?”
