Lemonade mixed with crushed codeine pills, drank chilled in an unlabeled water bottle. The sweet takes of the lemonade helps to balance out the bitter taste of the crushed codeine, which then enters your system simultaneously (instead of being time-released) giving a more euphoric and intense opiate high. The number sometimes said before the drink’s name (lemodeine) can refer to the amount of milligrams of codeine in the lemonade. These soft drinks are often clear or yellowish-green in color and have been know to be the most thirst quenching sodas available.
