A fuffer is a blanket. Can also be used as a verb meaning to cover with a blanket.

Father: "Are you ready to be tucked in yet? It's past your bedtime."
Child: "I can't go to sleep yet. I can't find my fuffer!"
Father: "Well I guess you'll have to deal with being fuffered with this blanket for tonight."

A funeral dip is a pickpocket whose specialty is dipping into people's pockets at actual funerals or even at the cemetery ceremonies.
