Tantruman is a man over age 18yrs of age, who has an tantrum, worthy of a 2yr. old, in an attempt to get his way. Marked by narssacistic tendencies, mansplaining & deflection, a tantrum episode has the potential to turn into "Tantrumania". While this is an acute condition, it tends to flair often and can last hours, days and even years.
