That emotion one experiences when both stressed and annoyed. This often occurs when one is in conversation with a person who's company one only pretends to enjoy. Also, this feeling is often elicited when one is forced to sit in a 400 level college course with professors who are more than zany, and hair-brained.

I had the most stressnoying conversation with this guy who will not leave me alone.

It was the most stressnoying class today as we sat and discussed APA format for the 500th time in my college career.
