nut sickles

Pronunciation: \ˈnət\ \ˈsi-kəls\

When your testicles,balls,nuts,gonads etc. are frozen. You have "nut sickles". This can be an extremely painful condition that can be relieved by immediate thawing.

Ref. "Iced tea bagging".

If you go outdoors in Antarctica and are not wearing pants, you will develop "nut sickles" rather quickly.
