The scar one gets from a jagged tooth of a prostitute giving a blowjob. Usually because most tijuana prostitutes have jagged, sharp teeth from not having braces.
Friend 1: Man, Jess gave me a tijuana scar last night.
Friend 2: Dude she needs to get some braces fasho

A scar that's bothersome and unsightly because it's raised above the skin and looks like a lump due to too much collagen being produced during the healing process of a wound. It feels itchy and sometimes painful, too. It may take several years for them to flatten and fade, but until then they're a real pain and you're going to spend a bit of money on silicone sheets and scar gel to remove them. On the bright side, at least it's not a keloid.
"I have a few hypertrophic scars on my neck that have gotten me kicked out of my girlfriend's house because her parents thought they were hickeys."

1. Lit. Scarring of the retina due to scratching.
2. Urb. When something is so bright, it leaves an afterimage on your eyes for a long time.
3. Urb. When you see something so vile, so disgusting, so horrible, that the image burns into your retinas and can not be unseen.

1. Why are you going in for lasik surgery? Because I have retinal scarring.
2. Wow, your computer screen is so bright, the boot-up screen is scarred into my retinas.
3. I visited 4chan the other day and even though I stayed in the work safe section, there just seems to be no way to avoid the retinal scarring. You can't get /b/ out with eye bleach.
