An insult to describre a person (usually a guy) who hates on anything fictional or that doesn't portray reality and the real world (often anime, but sometimes super-hero comics, cartoons and in extreme cases video games). The person can also be a normie.

Mr.Reallifeonly: "Eww you like super heroes and anime? You're a loser lol kys. You gotta watch REAL THINGS instead of that fictional trash."
Me: "This dude is such a Mr.Reallifeonly ffs."
