Ping Pusher (Ping Pusher) (N) - 1. One who does what they call light theming, of any electronic device's interface, by simply changing PNG files. These PNG files are often times the own work of the PNG Pusher, but can hardly be called a theme, as no actual coding is involved.
I hate how you change a few pictures around, and call the whole thing your own work. You're nothing more than a PNG Pusher. You're not a developer.
If I knew how to do all this stuff, I would certainly make my own theme, and it would be awesome! Currently I'm nothing more than a PNG Pusher though.
