A person who is overly-obsessed/addicted to one thing, and then leave it behind in favor of being into something else, and then continuing the cycle of jumping from one thing to the other.

"Gosh, wasn't Aurelia into Pokemon last week?"

"Yup, and it was Kingdom Hearts before that, Devil May Cry before THAT..."

"She's quite the Obsessionist, isn't she?"
