Mushroom Syndrome

(n) - A syndrome where you're fed bullshit and kept in the dark. Derives from the method of cultivating mushrooms: they add a lot of fertiliser and keep them in the dark and damp.

A person can suffer from Mushroom Syndrome in any way; the only circumstances are:

(1) A person doesn't tell you everything about a certain situation concerning you/and or them

and;

(2) They tell lies.

Sarah: So how's your relationship with Andy going?

Bree: OMG! He gave me Mushroom Syndrome! It turns out he was actually gay, which he never told me about.

Sarah: Wow! So what did he bullshit to you about? You know, the other half of the Mushroom Syndrome?

Bree: Oh, he told me he didn't break the blender but it *actually* was him!

Growing mushrooms

Used mostly in anime and manga, the term growing mushrooms refers to when a character has become immensely depressed or saddened. The character is often shown to literally grow mushrooms on their body, signifying that their soul is, for the time being, in a dark and dank place. (Mostly occurs with more dramatic and over the top characters who can't stop crying every 2 seconds 😒)

Senpai: (crying because the girl of his dreams thinks he's dramatic and egocentric)
Girl: "Senpai, quit growing mushrooms around me; the smell is absolutely noxious!"

mushy purples

the form that some natural breasts take on after the miracle of childbirth. The phenomena was first defined and investigated in detail by Tom Segura and Christina Pazsitzky on the Your Moms House Podcast.

I can be identified when the nipples and areola swell and take on a purple colored hue. They first swell up hard, then become mushy and point down.....then they stay down.

Jean had to go to a specialty store to find a properly fitting bra to hold her big mushy purples.

Mustard Shot Positive

When someone is so sure of their answer, they are willing to drink a shot glass full of mustard if they are incorrect. Usually used to overrule a friend or teammate's answer to a trivia question.

Roscoe was Mustard Shot Positive that the answer to the trivia question was "November Rain". He ended up drinking 1.5 ounces of dijon.

Got Mussed

When you are in the presence of Mussaddeque Ahmed and he makes your cheeks ache by causing you to laugh excessively. His Number 1 fan, Mamoon Ahmed, finds himself perpetually Mussed and as such cannot close his eyes to sleep.

Mussaddeque: *His jokes cannot be accurately replicated in text*
Mamoon: *The loving laugh which cannot be accurately conveyed in text*
Mamoon: WHAT HAVE YOU DONE MY CHEEKS ARE ACHING!
Jaker: You got mussed son.
Michelle: Muss you are so awesome I'm going to bake you a technical challenge.
