Another way of saying, "I love you", or more specifically, to vocalize "<3", as in, less than 3, maybe two.

a way of rejecting an offer to go out or do something fun, because you are too nice or care to much about the person to say "no". The odds of a Santiago Maybe actually ending up as a yes is about 1%, and may require the use of extortion and moderate physical threats.
