Taken from the word 'Meatpeeper'; is a name given to a black guy that has no girlfriend and hates on any interracial relationship simply because he is not in one. You can easily spot one if he is the only black guy in a group of white people.

Man Kanye West is a creampeeper for the way he was hating on Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian.

Party Creeper

Party Creeper: A guy/girl who is always appearing to ruin random photos of you and your friends. Can also be referd to "that guy". He or she will wait til the moment the flash is about to go off and somehow get in the picture to ruin it without warning. Another spit this person has is he or she may be the drunkest person at the party making a complete ass out of themselves.

Usually male person over 30 who tries to reconnect with today's youth by starting random conversations about Pokémon GO. Often with a van parked behind them.

Jay (17): This creepy forty-something guy at the beach approached us and asked if he could show us his 290 CP Pidgeotto.
Cassandra (19): Yeah, malls and beaches have been full of Pokémon creeps lately. Kinda takes the fun out of catching them all...
