A cooler way of saying "creep." A creep-o is someone who does something weird or something out of the ordinary.

That guy is such a creep-o. He always has to eavesdrop on all of our conversations.

Creep o' clock means that its that time of the day, could be any time, that single men on any beach, nude or dressed, are out on a stroll looking or staring at girls or couples. This definition comes from the beach context but could probably be applied on any situation any where.

creep off

When two creepers' gazes intersect they are obliged to engage in a battle of creepiness, since they are competitive creatures by nature. This includes doing a variety of odd things, such as: staring oddly, making strange face, emitting strange noises, etc. Whoever wins gains the knowledge that they are the better creeper of the two.

My opponent emitted a strange gurgling noise, beating my soulless stare, thus winning the creep off.
