A Blenge is a term for an item which is being described as possessing both the qualities of a Bellend and a Minge, but not in a positive way.
Most regularly used to describe someone who has done something either idiotic or rancid in an insulting manner.

Bleg happens when there is no distinction of the ass-cheeks, therefore creating the illusion that the posterior side is all sort of fused together, without any curves.
