Being employed to provide a public service at half the cost of a private contractor while being criticized by citizens who's grasp of the inner workings of state government entails the 45 minutes they wait in line to get their drivers license renewed.
Man, the worst thing about having this state job is being bashed by high school dropouts jealous of my 5 figure income.

An independent film about a man's struggle (Zach Braff) with coping with the loss of his mother, with a life of prescription induced apathy (and the release of this apathy through new found love as he returns home) and can finally live his emotions after living life without prescription drugs and finally letting go the secret of his mother's disablity by the end of the movie.
There's not really an example that can go here...it's a movie.

Utah State University

Founded in 1888 Utah State University was originally known as the Utah State Agricultural College and was established by an act of the Utah Territorial Legislature. The agricultural roots remain and students from USU are known as Aggie's.

Today however the university has expanded far beyond Agricultural Science offering hundreds of B.S. M.S. and Ph.D. degrees. The school is widely hailed as being a research school and has sent more experiments into space than any other university in the country which has earned it the nickname of Utah Space University.

The main campus is in Logan, Utah, but there are sattelite and regional campuses in each of the 29 counties of Utah. As of 2008 student enrollment at the main campus consists of about 14,000 undergraduates and 4,000 graduates while regional campuses put the total enrollment close to 25,000.

Aggie's take pride in their athletics and are known as some of the craziest fans in the country. Many sports media figures have been amazed when the attend basketball games in Logan, Utah comparing the frenzied student section and atmosphere at Aggie games to that of ACC universities known only for basketball.
I attend school at Utah State University, the greatest university in the world.

North Carolina State

North Carolina State is a university filled with students who love their school, their teams, and their city. Although stereotyped for having "farmers" and "rednecks", State is home to all kinds of students. Yet, one word to describe them all is loyal. No matter how good or bad the football/basketball/baseball teams are doing, the fans are still there, filling the stands, yelling their loudest. The sky may be "Carolina blue" in chapel hill, but the weather is always fair in Raleigh.
Woody Durham (Carolina radio annoucner) actually said this: And Carolina scores before the half to trail (somebody) by only 14! Cars are turning around on Franklin Street!!!

....never at North Carolina State

state park

A small unincorperated town outside of St.Louis. One of the most craziest places you can go besides East Saint Louis and Washington Park. With a population mostly white and hispanic causing different gang affiliations, the place gets a little wild at night. You never know whats going to happen, may it be bricked while driving, jumped while walking or stabbed and beat with bats while fighting, all can agree that the place is wild. If you need it then they got it. And if they dont have it they'll say they do and then you getted robbed try and do something and get beat down.
Guy 1: Hey, did you hear?

Guy 2: No, what happend?

Guy 1: Scott got beat down and robbed down in State Park last night.

Guy 2: I told him not to fuck with the SP!

State Park is crazy as hell

Dude, me and my boys tried to beat up some State Parkers and they really kicked our asses, bad, real bad

Staten Island

Just about half of what was previously said is true. Not everyone is an idiot, we're home to a highly ranked High School, #1 according to the Post. Sure we have Fresh Kills, the mall, 3 movie theaters, and that's about it. But we have a go-karting place somewhere, and nobody's ever too old for Chuck-E-Cheese's or Fun Station. Not everyone's a guido. Not everyone is a republican. Not everyone is rich. We have projects in almost every area. They just may be better in some. As a mid-islander, most people are middle-class. There are quite affluent families, and a lot of Italians, some descendants of mob bosses do remain. The South shore is more affluent and suburban compared to the North Shore but there is a variety of races in both areas. Yeah we have accents, 4 bridges, 1 train line and accents. But we also have some of the best cars, are getting the largest ferris wheel in the world, and an outlet mall. So Staten Island shouldn't be under estimated or stereotyped even though a lot of the teenagers are stuck-up, racist, wannabe ghetto white kids, there are smart, non-Italian, financially stable people all around the island who aren't guidos. We're Suburban/Urban and I love that there are fantastic cars here that people can freely drive unlike in other boroughs.
I live on Staten Island, am a teenage girl, I don't cake on make up, I'm smart, I own Juicy and Coach items, I love the mall, I'm probably not getting a car until I'm at least half done with college, I'm not White or African-American or Hispanic. I'm mostly mid-island, I have lived on the North Shore and I have family on the South Shore and I can prove that a lot of Staten Island stereotypes are complete and utter crap. But we do have a lot of potholes and assholes are common all over New York City.
