Soggy Dong

A wet Penis. Can be covered with any juice that your mind desires. Largely, the soggy dong is usually thought of as being covered in mustard, ketchup, or any other liquid used at your local fast-food restaurant. Once wet, the penis is usually dried with a towel or any other object that can bring the penis to a light wetness.
