Felonious Alien seems to be most accurate with regard to people of foreign countries entering a country without properly following the standards of entry and compliance of residency. In many countries it is a violation of that countries law to enter, reside, work, or maintain a long term habitat in that country without approval from the appropriate government agency(s) .
Pierre lived in Napa Valley for 8 years while working for Vinofile Vineyards. He thought he was not one of “those people”.
