A finishing move in an intellectual debate in which the user of this phrase is beginning to lose the argument and is using this as his final move to defeat the enemy once and for all.

There is ONLY ONE counter to this phrase, when you use this phrase and the other person responds with "No U", that means you lost. Just accept your losses and leave the debate.

However, if the opponent says "no U" you COULD respond with "no U squared" and the other person has one response "no U cubed", if it gets to this extent the entire earth could explode so you have to be VERY careful when going this far.
