The difference between teardrop or filled in teardrop is that a filled in teardrop means you have committed a murder and one that isn't filled is they have been raped while in prison,

You see that man with the filled in teardrop he has murdered someone but that other with near him but the teardrop not filled in is that he has been raped in prison.
