Phil Pens-noun- Exorbitantly overpriced desk set pens with no purpose but to be flashy. Will lead to your termination if purchased on the company dime. Will then be used by your predecessors to clean out marijuana pipes and stir alcoholic beverages until they too are terminated. The cycle continues on from there.
