Since the basis of the term is from an old car game that involves the first person yelling out PADIDDLE when they see it car with only one headlight lit, this become a VERY rude way to describe a person with only one eye.

This guy looked like Sammy Davis Jr. I couldn't tell whether the friggin' padiddle was looking at me or not??

The place were there is no hatred, racism, or stereotypes. When ICP were white boys in Detroit they were fucked on a daily basis. When they started making music as Insane Clown Posse you would imagine that they would have been ridiculedand and hated on, mostly by racism (Seeing how there early music was rap). But they went on with there lives and became very succesfull. So in ICP's music they talk about Shagri'la, a place were they don't have to go threw that shit again. Also can’t take a joke as he called out moderators for banning him even though they did it as a joke.
