Since the basis of the term is from an old car game that involves the first person yelling out PADIDDLE when they see it car with only one headlight lit, this become a VERY rude way to describe a person with only one eye.

This guy looked like Sammy Davis Jr. I couldn't tell whether the friggin' padiddle was looking at me or not??

wandering gnome 

A person who goes over to someone's house and gets so drunk that they get disoriented and think they're in the bathroom, when they're actually pissing in the corner somewhere.

"Hey man...for this party, DON'T invite Russ. The last time he got so shitfaced that he pulled a wandering gnome. What a hog!"

shitlings 

Little clumps of shit that get caught in the hair around the ass of long haired dogs and cats. It could be used for people, I suppose but if you're getting anything bigger than a dinkleberry, you probably need to trim your ass hair.

"Hey...sniff, sniff...what stinks? Ewwwwwwwww...that cat has shitlings."
