College Football

First began as a sport in New Jersey c. 1869 between Princeton and Rutgers. The game is a unique blend of soccer and rugby with a distinctly American style. Today football played between universities, "college football," is the nation's most attended sporting event and contains far more pagentry, tradition, and soul than professional football.

Time to grab a beer, fire up the grill, open the tailgate, listen to the band, and enjoy America's REAL pastime....college football.

Joe College

Joe College is the kid on campus that everybody wants at their parties. Kid always has his own party-packs, full of beers, pot, ADHD meds, and variety of other substances he could get his hands on (ex: half pack of cigs he stole from his roommate, Skoal, flavored condoms, and 151). He has no problem sacrificing his brains cells to complete that last cup chug before going out or ripping a whole pack of hoons to win a gentlemen's bet. Joe is a hero and an idol. When you look in the mirror, you want to see Joe College looking back.

-Man that kid is tubular, but he's no Joe College.

-OO that kid's Joe College, he can do his homework, drink 5 nights a week, and he still manages to find to get laid once in a while.

College Terrace

Commonly referred to as "The CT", College Terrace is the hardest, most gangster part of town in Palo Alto. People get robbed on the daily and homicides are very common. The most dangerous street in particular is Harvard St., where pitbulls run loose and thugs roll dice on the corner

Brooklyn College

Brooklyn College is one of the senior colleges in the CUNY system. Brooklyn College is known for being inexpensive and highly diverse. Tuition is roughly 1/4 of the cost of SUNY universities like Albany and Binghamton, and 1/8 the cost of private colleges like NYU and Sarah Lawrence.
The Brooklyn College student body consists of an unusual number of recent immigrants and students whose parents never attended college. It is also one of the few campuses in the world that have a significant Jewish, Moslem, and Christian population.

Academically, it is comparable to CUNY Hunter and CUNY Queens College.

I attended Brooklyn College for two years, and then I transferred to Columbia.

Lafayette College

A liberal arts college largely attended by students from the tri-state area. LC encourages students to have "cur non" (Latin for "why not?") impact. (Incidentally, "cur non" has now become the campus's version of "YOLO" as can be seen on All College Day pinnies.) Some of the College's highlights include the great student-professor interactions, small community, and picturesque campus. Lafayette is also known for having a long-running rivalry with Lehigh University, which is occasion for many a T-shirt that calls students to "pluck Lehigh."

Average Lafayette College student on Laf-Lehigh: I wish I went to Lehigh...said no one ever.
