The act of complimenting - or complaining - about someone in the locale by calling a friend and voicing your opinion loudly.

<On phone> Yeah, there's a girl on the train with cracking tits, but the twat she's sitting with is playing some R&B crap out his mobile. Glad I can cain him by phone proxy; the fuckjaw can't hear me.

When your friend asks to *Borrow* your phone for "real quick" and ends up taking way to long with it whether it be five minutes to an hour.

Mike: Okay man.

The process of reaching your left or right hand to your left or right pocket to check if your phone is there. People usually do this every 15 minutes, especially if they're sitting.

Becomes popular among people if they've lost a phone once.

John: Hey Mike, I've been noticing that you've been reaching to your nutsack every 15 minutes.

Mike: Naw dog, I'm doing a phone-check.
