Smish means all forms of sex all at once. These include oral, anal, and of course, the classic, 69ing. It can replace the f-word in many intances. It takes a lot of skill to master, and also requires practice and hard work. Oh, and we should have you know. Smish is a bad-word, so don't use it lightly.
