The embodiment of gaslighting, guilt-tripping, victim-blaming, overreacting, and trauma dumping.
Can be used either as a noun, a verb or an adjective.

As a noun: She's such a Rouji. She's always making a fuss out of the smallest things.
As a verb: I got rouji'ed today. A boy gaslighted me into thinking I am a whore.
As an adjective: He's so rouji that he's always dumping his traumas on others and making them pity him.
