A slang for raquel. A small asian person that is sexually attracted to black mexicans. She usually has only a few friends all of which are white. If there is a party she is the one to bring the weed but never smokes it because it turns her into a horny bitch. Even though raqels are usually asian they typically have american siblings. When she is home alone things usually get pretty messy in the bedroom if you know what i mean.
