A girl, usually a brunette, who will act like your best friend until she finds someone more popular than you. Then she will ditch you, completely change, and then call you randomly and act like your best friend. You will want to scream at her and call her every name in the book, but you won't because,secretly, your glad she still thinks of you ever.

Some one who chooses not to acknowledge the obvious chemtrails in the sky are chemtards. These people are the stupidest of all primordial scum-bag primates, who for some reason or another, call themselves human. These people are usually liberal in nature, anti-constitutionalist, pro abortion, pro gay, anti gun cry baby bastards who if they live in the US aren't American at all. These people have shit for brains because they refuse to see with their own eyes the chemtrails in the skies above them, hence they're retarded, hence they are chemtards. This was the original meaning of the phrase, not the other way around.

Bob: yeah but they're water vapour contrails.

A girl who loves to yell and scream at her family and says stuff she doesn't mean when she isn't thinking rationally that will someday hurt someone a lot. Or herself. She will one day say something to the wrong person and get her ass kicked, then she'll decide she should have listened to all the people who care about her who told her to watch what she says. She can be sweet and nice at times, and listens well but then she goes and tells other people everything so there's no point in telling her in the first place. She's not a bad person, she just needs to listen.

"Last night my sister told me to go kill myself."
"Wow. Is her name Cheyanne?"
"Yeah, how'd you know?"
"Because that is such a Cheyanne thing to do."
