Tramadol

Incredible synthetic opioid, used for moderate to severe pain. Normal recommended dose is around 1 to 2 50mg tablets. however if this were increased to 4, making 200 mg total, effects similar to oxycontin are felt. Used to treat pain from trauma or surgery. Also used for post-operative pain management in animals. The pleasant, relaxed high from a 200mg dose usually lasts around 6 hours, depending on the weight of the user.

I got some tramadols for my leg, and man, i was fucked up all day.

Tamsinist

A person or persons of the Tamsinist persuasion are most likely to leap to the most horrendous outcome of any situation; particularly in medical and public health terms.

To assume the worst possible outcome in a medical procedure is the most likely event. More broadly it can be seen as a general "glass half empty" approach to life and an indication that a Tamsinist} generally expects the worst.

In a typically Tamsinist fashion, Matthew assumeed his shin splints would result in the amputation of both his legs.
