SHARPnel

A mix between Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) and shrapnel.

1. When in the workplace, someone uses explicit, offensive sexual terminology or jokes loud enough to get everyone in the near vicinity reprimanded.

2. You are standing next to someone whom says something sexual near/to a coworker and you both get in trouble.

Person 1: Wow, he is such a cock-sucker. He could probably get more work done if he didn't have so much dick in his mouth.

Person 2: I'm going to walk away before I get caught in your SHARPnel.
