An answer to the rhetorical "how's it going?". Usually given when someone at work asks how you are and it is quite obvious that you have a crappy job and are just as broke as the next person. Most often used by cab drivers when business is slow.

Dean: Hey Greg, how's it going?
Greg: Living the dream, brother, living the dream.

white lining

overtaking/driving down the central white line of a single carrage road where the road is wide enough for the cars your overtaking and the oncoming traffic ie creating your own 3rd lane.... not legal! and gets dodgy when you meet someone white lining towards you! time to play chicken.....

plenty of wide enough roads for white lining around Birmingham, try using something fast tho otherwise you will look stupid

Used to be a slogan for DuPont (a chemical company), but now it refers to the practice of taking medication and/or drugs to make your life more enjoyable.

Becky: "Wow, Jenny was always so depressed, but now she takes a bottle of Prozac in the morning and washes it down with vodka, she seems really relaxed and happy."
Hank: "Oh, so she's discovered better living through chemistry!"

1) A health or medical study that shows that a living person has a 100% of dying at some point in their life.

2) A reaction to a health or medical study that shows some substance causes illness.

3) Everything has some kind of consequence. Suck it up and deal with it!

First thing I learned in med-school was living causes death.

People who do everything loud to the point that everyone within a block’s radius knows everything there is to know about them.

Our immediate neighbors are the poster people for noisetard living, we can even hear them breathing at night.
