Filter episode

A 'filter episode' is an episode in a series that doesn't quite add anything to the storyline or have anything to do with the main plot. It is merely an episode that appears to be something to lengthen the series, or an episode that is used because the producers have run out of ideas and do not want the story to conclude just yet.

Example 1:
Jeff: "Dude, yesterdays episode was crap! It didn't even mention what happened last week!"
Ken: "Must've been a filter episode"

Example 2:
Stacey: "Ugh, another filter episode! When are they going to continue the story?!"

filter artist

A person who takes pictures, runs them through a filter in Photoshop, and calls it their art. They generally mass-produce pictures this way without any talent whatsoever. A shame to real artists everywhere.

"Look! I took this photo of a tree and made it so it looks like I drew it! It's art! I'm awesome!"
"No, it's not. You're just a stupid filter artist."

Filter fucked

1. When one is so wasted that their filter (liver and kidneys) are in fact fucked. Persistent states of filter fucked can result in Keith Richards like bodily function or the lack thereof bearing the need for dialysis.

2. When you have embibed so much alcohol that you light the wrong end of your cigarette.

3. When the filter between your brain and your mouth fails to function.

feldergarb

An alternate spelling of felgercarb.. A euphemism for "crap" in the Colonial vernacular; also used to mean garbage or nonsense. This word originated in the Science Fiction series Battlestar Galactica (1978) and was one of the expletives created to get swearing past the censors.

Starbuck: You certainly have a way of cutting through the feldergarb.

Femterrupt

1. The ironic act of a woman interrupting a man because she is not listening to, or interested in, what he is saying despite claims of being silenced because of her gender.

2. A tongue-in-cheek word coined to highlight the absurdity of feminist attempts to make the universal act of interrupting a gendered issue (see manterrupting).

John: "I'm sorry I left my tools on the dining table again, but I was..."
Sally: "Don't tell me you're sorry when I have repeatedly spoken to you about this!"
John: "I'm trying to apologize and explain my forgetfulness on this occasion. Please don't femterrupt me."
