Walking1k

Term widely used by Verizon Wireless employees to denote a person with a poor/derrogatory credit rating. In most cases these potential customers are required to put $1000 or "1K" down as a deposit in order to sign up for service. Evidence of these customers low socio-economic status is easily noticed due to their lack of hygiene, common sense, people skills, and literacy.

The age at which a boy constantly feels the urge to masterbate.

The "wanking age" is usually about 14/15 and is commonly experienced by boys who just need to get out more. Although I wouldn't advise it as I believe masterbation is illegal in public places.
