A word used to describe a girl who overly covers her face in makeup, with the intention of looking good, but ends up looking like Barbie or a clown.

Some common traits include overly drawn-on eyebrows, an overdose of lipstick, eye liner and eye shadow that looks like it took hours to do, and foundation that doesn't suit their skin tone.
