coconut girl, or coconut person, is a type of girl/person, who is pretty in a generic way. people with soft face lines, like Emilia Clarke, or Lucky Blue Smith, or Keke Palmer, the type of person who is beautiful to everyone, but when you put them among other beautiful people, you don't notice them. it could be a compliment, or an insult.

A: Don't you think Emilia Clarke is the most beautiful person in the world?
B: Nah, she's such a coconut girl.
A: Yeah, but that's a good thing, isn't it?
B: Not in her case.
