fuzzy channel

Before digital cable, it was the pay per view channels that kids would watch because half of them were porn. When you didn't pay for the movie you could still go to the channel, but the picture was terrible and "fuzzy", but would occasionally clear up for a few seconds, and you could see everything you wanted to see.
